Telephone booking for appointments on the day is difficult.
Online services (appointments and repeat prescriptions) are very good.

A well presented and friendly surgery with helpful reception staff and practice nurses and the magazines are actually current!
It is good to call in the morning at 8.30 and have an appointment for the same morning and appointment times are adhered to which is fantastic. The atmosphere is one of calm and when you can sometimes feel anxious before an appointment you are in a relaxed state when your doctor comes out to greet you personally.
Very well run surgery with great medical and support staff.

The surgery is always clean and its ambience calming. The doctors and staff professionally friendly and helpful.
All my comments are genuinely posistive but I wonder if any patients would fear being critical lest they compromise their patient/doctor relationship?
